are we?
Heinemann Builders Pty Ltd is a family company that began in Dalby
in 1999 by local builder and now Company Director, Peter Heinemann.
Having grown up in Dalby, Peter understands the needs of his local
clients, and in particular the soil prerequisites we have in the
Dalby and surrounding areas.

We understand that every house and every client has differing needs.
Our Director, Peter Heinemann, personally quotes
on every contract to ensure that clients have a detailed understanding
of the building process, the range of choices available to the client,
and the financial commitment required when building a home.
Peter also takes a hands on approach and is involved in the entire
process from beginning to end, onsite as well as in meeting with
the client.
Our staff
Co-director, Louise Heinemann is a qualified Interior
Design Consultant and can support each client to design a home that
works for them. This process includes decor materials and colour
choice. This can be invaluable when the range of choices are overwhelming!
Louise liases closely with all clients and manages the day to day
running of the company.
Our experienced Site Manager, Edward Pearson, works
closely with our skilled builder team to ensure our clients are
handed an expertly finished product at the end of the process.
Where possible, we use local and trusted tradesman for our cabinetry,
plastering, electrical and plumbing.
Heinemann Builders Pty Ltd have built and renovated several homes
and commercial properties beyond the Dalby area including prestige
homes in the Brisbane and Toowoomba localities, the Darling Downs,
Roma and St George. Seeing a new home or revitalised home come together
the way the client envisaged, is our passion.
